THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME AND CHANGE IN THE NEW YEAR

In this post, we will be focusing on time and change. It is written to implore you to
adequately prepare and write down your vision for 2018. But before I go on, please take out time to reflect on the below passage.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do and he will establish your plans” Proverbs 16:3
Just like the passage tells us, do not go on this year without committing your plans to the one that is eternal, having no beginning or end ( Psalm 102:25-27 ; Isa 40:28 ; Rom 1:20 ); he is Lord over time. He is timeless in the sense that as Creator and Lord he is standing outside of or above time (Psalms 90:2Psalms 90:4.). When you commit your time and the changes that come with it to God, he will make all things beautiful.
Time is the indefinite continued progress of existence that makes us all a prisoner of the present, but transitions us from our own past into an unknown future while change is to exchange one thing for another thing.
The Importance of Time in the new year.
Now, no matter your age group, time and change will either make you or mare you. So it is extremely important that you guide your time and the changes that come with it jealously. Time cannot be controlled and therefore is very imperative. It is one of the most powerful agents in the universe the second one being change. Whether you agree or not at one point of your life or another you have to deal with this duo because the outcome of your life is directly proportional to the usage of your time and how you manage the change that comes with it.
There are 24 hours in a day. Today is called the present because every day given to us by God is a gift meaning we are to open the gift (day) and accomplish a task with that gift. As years go by, without fulfilling that task our time keeps running out.
Remember, no one has forever? Therefore make a conscience effort to re-evaluate what you have done with the just concluded year and how much of it have been wasted, tick achievements on your vision book and set out the mission for the next phase. This will enable you eliminate the toxicity in all aspects of your life.
So before you get complacent about the new year, remember another opportunity has been offered to you just like everybody else; TIME & CHANGE has been presented again.  What do you intend to do with yours in this new year?
“ the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all”.   Ecclesiastes 9:11c

Make a decision today to become the architect of your destiny, God has created time, and change comes with it. He doesn’t live in it. We live in it.  It is therefore our responsibility to be accountable for what happens to us in this New Year.
